MOSCOW, Oct 13 (Reuters) - Russian forces hit two ships delivering military and dual-use cargo to Ukraine's port city of Mykolaiv, the Russian defence ministry said on Tuesday, without mentioning any energy facilities following US President Donald Trump's announcement on Sunday of an energy ceasefire.
The ministry said it had struck three cargo vessels which it said were being used to transport military cargo to Ukraine's Black Sea ports - two bound for Odesa and one heading to Mykolaiv. It also reported a strike on a logistics centre in the Mykolaiv region.
Russia is stockpiling weapons so that it can launch intensified late-autumn and winter barrages, analysts and Ukrainian officials said.
