Three lanes of northbound I-5 have reopened near Alboro Place in Seattle after a deadly crash Monday.

The 18-year-old was traveling north when he hit the back of a van before sliding under a semi-truck, state patrol said.

Traffic is still moving, but lanes are blocked north of South Albro Place near milepost 161, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
