TTC permanently shuts Scarborough RT
One month after a derailment in which no one was seriously injured, the Toronto transit commission has opted to shut down the Scarbrough RT line permanently. It was scheduled to be phased out in November but the transit authority has moved up plans to use shuttle buses on the route. Sean O’Shea reports.
